Vaibhav Garg is a renowned Clinical & Sports Nutritionist. He is the founding force behind Purecise – a 100% Natural and Vegan brand providing homegrown nutritional supplements. A seasoned clinical nutritionist with a decade long experience, he has been associated with the prestigious “Super Fight League” & “Super Boxing League,” working closely with professional Mixed Martial Art Fighters and Boxers from all over the world. He is responsible for assisting athletes in managing their diets and help them get the best out of their training and performance. He has also been associated with Gary Kirsten Cricket, creating nutrition-related content for their online training programs. He was also associated with the Indian Premier League (IPL) wherein, he worked closely with the Delhi Daredevils Team along with the team that brought FCBEscola to India, a grassroots development initiative by the football start-up Conscient Football.
An MSc in Sports Nutrition Management from the University of Sheffield, UK, Vaibhav has been an avid cricketer, having played some club cricket in England, and was the first person to achieve the Level 2 Certificate for Coaching from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in just a 2-month duration (a course of 6-month duration).
On the Therapeutic Nutrition front, he has helped many individuals overcome problems associated with Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Liver Disease, Kidney Disease, Cancer, Arthritis, Asthma, Thyroidism, PCOD/PCOS, and other metabolic issues purely through food-based therapy, or what he likes to call ‘Diet Therapy’.
Vaibhav’s goal is to provide the best of results to every patient with the help of food and natural methods. He believes that our bodies are not meant to consume synthetic products; and the more scientifically correct food we consume, the better our body will respond to our needs!
His motto is “Food Is Medicine” and he emphasises on imbibing knowledge about food sciences so that every household can manage their lifestyle in the best way possible.
In his leisure time, he loves to actively participate in sports such as Cricket. He is a fitness enthusiast who ensures he gets his daily dose of exercise along with the regimented nutrition routine. Updating himself on the latest research around nutrition is of prime importance to him. He loves to travel and has set his sights on travelling at least 50 countries.
